At this time, shipping is primarily available within the United States.
Shipping to certain countries or regions may be restricted. We plan to expand international shipping in phases, and eligible countries and timelines will be announced once finalized.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may take an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times may be affected by logistics conditions, weather, or high order volumes.
Shipping Fees
U.S. shipping: Flat rate $25
International shipping (outside the U.S.): Flat rate $50
Shipping fees apply regardless of order value or quantity.
International shipments may be subject to delivery restrictions or extended transit times depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.
Changes to Shipping Information
Shipping address changes are allowed only before the order enters the final preparation or shipping stage.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
Failed Delivery, Loss, and Returns
Additional shipping fees may apply if delivery fails or is returned due to incorrect address information.
Any loss reported after delivery confirmation will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies.

YES! G•GRIP is certified to meet FCC standards (for use in the United States) and CE requirements (for use in Europe). We’re also assessing additional certifications for other regions as we expand globally. If you have questions about a specific country/region, please reach out to us for more information.
We regularly release firmware and app updates for performance enhancements. These updates may also improve battery efficiency over time.
G•GRIP comes with a dedicated power adapter and magnetic charging cable. Once powered, simply connect the magnetic cable to the butt-end of the grip to charge. It typically takes about 40 minutes to fully charge, and you can use G•GRIP for ~8hrs. See manual for details.
Damage due to misuse or outside normal usage may not be covered under the standard warranty. In such cases, we offer paid repair services—email us for details on pricing and procedures.
Not yet. At this time, we only offer the custom options mentioned above (shaft length, left-handed configuration, and grip size). No additional types of customization are provided. Our customization product line will be coming in the future so stay tuned.

NO. Our swing model does not include grip pressure. Our swing + grip-pressure will launch in the future so stay tuned.
YES! We’re collaborating with PGA professionals to design coaching-specific features and plan to release a dedicated coaching app. We’re also exploring integration with third-party launch monitors and advanced posture analysis tools. Some of these premium features may require a subscription.
NO. Basic app functionality, data, and analysis is free, and we aim to keep G•GRIP accessible to as many golfers as possible without monthly fees. However, certain advanced features—such as generative AI-based analysis and exclusive content—may be offered in the future as an optional subscription for those who want to enhance their training experience.
