Pre-Order Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The delivered product does not match your original order.
An exchange product is found to be faulty or inconsistent with the replacement request.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and seek a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
A customer's change of mind (e.g., deciding they no longer want the product).
The product has been used, or its packaging has been damaged, rendering it unsellable.
Requests are made after the designated return window (7 days after delivery).
Items labeled "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of pre-orders, refunds are generally not permitted. However, full refunds will be provided in the following cases:
A manufacturing defect or shipping error has occurred.

Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund:

5. Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is initiated for other reasons (e.g., customer’s preference), the customer is responsible for shipping fees, including return and replacement shipping.
6. Additional Notes
Products damaged by customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
