The red LED does not appear while charging.

(when using the provided adapter)

Make sure the provided 5V adapter and cable are working properly.
Check whether the charging contacts are damaged.
When fully charged, the LED may turn green. After connecting to your phone, you can also check the battery level in the app.

The device won’t turn on.

Charge the device using the provided cable.
If it still doesn’t power on while charging, gently clean the magnetic terminals and contact points with a soft cloth to remove dust.
If the issue persists, there may be an internal contact issue. Please contact customer support.
