G-Grip (“the Product”) is warranted, to the original purchaser only, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, SGLAB Inc. will, at its option:
Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished replacement parts
Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality
Issue a refund of the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable
2. Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling (e.g., dropping, bending, submerging)
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
Use with non-G-Grip accessories or third-party charging equipment
Accidents, natural disasters, fire, water damage, or other external causes
Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, finish discoloration)
Consumable parts (e.g., straps, grips) unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

Service Turnaround: Warranty repairs or replacements are typically completed within 4–6 weeks of receipt of the defective unit, depending on parts availability and regional logistics.
4. Regional Variations
North America & Europe: Warranty service is provided through our authorized repair centers in your region. Return shipping to SGLAB or the authorized center is covered by SGLAB Inc.; return shipping of the repaired/replacement unit back to you is covered by the customer.
Asia & Other Regions: Service procedures may vary. In some regions, local distributors handle repairs—additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

5. Limitations & Disclaimers
Implied Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: SGLAB Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
